Ravi Teelokee

FCCA, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountant) qualified in 2001 has more than 18 years of professional experience and possesses an MBA Finance. His industry experience ranges from accounting to external audit and he has also held the position of Finance Manager. For External Audit, he has worked for 4 years at De Chazal Du Mee, Chartered Accountant (now BDO), and for some years at Moore Stephen. He subsequently occupied the position of Chief Accountant and Finance Manager at several organisations, namely Chief Accountant at CMT Ltée, Acting Finance Manager at Toyota, Accounts Manager at Techmode Ltd., Finance Manager at Data Communications Ltd., and until recently Group Finance Manager at Phoenix BPO Limited, before joining ExFin Consult Ltd.

Mohuniish Keetarut

FCCA has over 8 years of professional experience in auditing gathered during his rich career at BDO. He was responsible for many audit assignments in the banking & financial services sector. He has also carried out non-audit banking assignments such as Financial Due Diligence, Share Valuation and product evaluation of treasury products. He has also experience in the audit of entities in other sectors namely Property, sector, Service sector Hotel and Leisure sector and Pension funds. He subsequently moved to Phoenix Beverages Ltd where he was responsible for the financial reporting at Group level. He was responsible for the budget process, preparation of Group accounts and general reporting. As qualifications, Mohuniish also holds a diploma in IFRS and is enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, having already passed level 1 & 2. This has further strengthened his knowledge in Corporate Finance. Since March 2019, he is also Managing Partner of MSK & Associates, being licensed auditor by FRC for statutory audits.

Madeven Sooben

FCCA, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountant) qualified in 2002, has more than 18 years of professional experience which ranges from External Auditing and Group Reporting to Senior Management position within the Internal Audit function in listed Companies. He started his career at De Chazal Du Mee, Chartered Accountant (now BDO), in 2000, where he spent four years. He then moved to Nexia Baker & Arenson and to BA Investment in the Group Reporting department before moving to Rogers & Co Ltd. in the Risk and Audit department, basically responsible for Internal Audit assignment within the diversified group. He was subsequently promoted and transferred to Cim Group as Senior Manager - Audit and Risk assurance. In August 2016, he joined TGS Clark & Robbins as Partner. Subsequently he joined ExFin Consult Ltd as Managing Partner. Currently he is also a Board member and Chairman of Mauritius Post Foreign Exchange Co Ltd, a company licensed by Bank of Mauritius, dealing in money transfer as well a a Board Memeber of Polytechnics Mauritius Limited.
